It’s 2:30 A.M. and I am about to leave the United States in a few hours. I am very excited as this will be the first time I leave the country and fly overseas since I moved over here to the United States. My trip will first take place in Tokyo, Japan. I’m staying in Tokyo for 5 days, and then flying over to Hong Kong for 2 weeks and then Shanghai and Beijing for 5 days each which totals the entire trip to be a approximately one full month. I know this will be an exciting vacation for me an also a great escape from work and school for a full month. Hopefully, it will clear my mind and refresh my energy that I have long used up since the beginning of this year.

Object oriented programming (OOP) has been out for a very long time. Learning the basics and logics of programming is not enough for any developer. While you build functions, and procedures with the programming language of your choice, doesn’t it feel redundant to code the same thing over and over for different projects that are using the same structure, or similar in design?

I’ve been getting some emails lately asking for a tutorial or a guide on how to integrate the Twitter API into a website using PHP. The Twitter documentation does a decent job in helping as to guiding you in the direction to take for development, and the PHP functions you should be using to make the request to Twitter. I’ve taken my time to write out a little guide on how to work with these functions, and how to make a request to Twitter’s web service using several features of PHP 5.
